The program offers a distinct package to cater for entrepreneurs from the beginning of the project idea until the project becomes established on the ground, then its continuity in the growth and development stage to keep pace with the labor market.

1- Project idea: The owner of the idea conducts a field and standard study of his idea

2- Conduct a feasibility study: The applicant visits the program page through the Chamber’s website and fills out the feasibility study file, attaching the required documents and agreeing to all the conditions mentioned. The program interviews the project owner and provides free consultation if necessary

3- Program Committee: The program team works on preparing a detailed feasibility study to present it to the program committee. The detailed study is presented to the committee for approval.

4- Issuing membership: The program team contacts the applicant by e-mail or by phone to inform him of approval or rejection. In the event of approval, program membership with an exemption letter will be sent to the applicant’s email

• A copy of the trade name

• A summary of the project idea

• A copy of the passport / a copy of the ID

The project must be fully owned and managed by UAE nationals for the duration of the program membership

 The real beneficiary of the project must be the project owner

The project headquarters should be in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain

The project must meet the requirements of the official definition of small and medium enterprises during the exemption period

The number of licenses owned by each applicant and partners must not exceed 3 active licenses in the emirate

The number of licenses affiliated with the program should not exceed 2 licenses

If membership is accepted, the project owner has no right to sell or assign the project to any other party

If membership is renewed after the first year, the project owner has no right to sell or assign the project to non-citizens of the country, provided that the program is notified before that.

Commitment to sticking the program logo on the storefront/project throughout the membership period

The applicant is not entitled to grant a general/special power of attorney to a notary public to another citizen without obtaining prior written approval from the program. The applicant is not entitled to a general/special power of attorney to a notary public to non-citizens.
