Supporting and unifying the efforts of businesswomen in Umm Al Quwain and strengthening their role in the economic development of the Emirate.

About the Council

His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, directed the establishment of the Business Women Council in the Emirate under the umbrella of Umm Al Quwain Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The Council aims to develop and unify the efforts of businesswomen in economic activity and represents the Emirate through cooperation with women’s councils, organizations and relevant bodies throughout the UAE.

Unify the efforts of businesswomen in the Emirate and promote their interests locally and nationally.
Study challenges facing women’s business and economic activities and support appropriate solutions.
Provide programs, workshops and training courses that improve efficiency and competency.
Support ideas, innovation and entrepreneurship among businesswomen.
Encourage women’s participation across different economic activities and investment opportunities.
Strengthen relationships with local, regional and international organizations.
Participate in exhibitions and promote women-led activities and initiatives in the Emirate.
