Registering institutions, companies and their branches, registering free zone licenses, and renewing their membership annually based on the required papers and documents.

  1. Submit the required documents and information through the website, the Umm Al Quwain Chamber Member Support Office at the Department of Economic Development, or the Muamalat Center for clearing transactions.
  2. Approval of the request.
  3. Pay the service fee.
  4. Obtaining a membership certificate.

Individual institutions and companies:

  • A copy of a valid passport or Emirates ID card of the license holder or authorized person. (If any)
  • Initial approval from the Department of Economic Development.
  • A copy of the articles of incorporation. (for companies only)

Free trade zone companies and institutions:

  • Commercial license for Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone.
  • A copy of a valid passport or Emirates ID card of the license holder or authorized person. (If any)
  • A copy of the articles of incorporation.
