Service Requirements

Individual institutions and companies:
A copy of a valid passport or Emirates ID card of the license holder or authorized person. (If any)
Initial approval from the Department of Economic Development.
A copy of the articles of incorporation. (for companies only)
Free trade zone companies and institutions:
Commercial license for Umm Al Quwain Free Trade Zone.
A copy of a valid passport or Emirates ID card of the license holder or authorized person. (If any)
A copy of the articles of incorporation.
